Warranty Conditions

Hestia honors a six (6) month warranty on all workmanship. Please refer to your signed contract for complete details regarding warranty information. If an issue arises or you discover any defect(s), please email warranties@hestiacd.com to schedule an appointment to review your concerns. If you do not go through the proper channels, your concerns may not be addressed. We look forward to resolving any issues or concerns you may have.

PRODUCT CARE

We want to help make sure your project continues to look fabulous for years to come. Taking good care of your home materials, specialty finishes, and appliances will keep them performing well. We have a dedicated page on our website HERE, which outlines suggested product care and maintenance for your home. Please always check to make sure you are using the appropriate tools and cleaning supplies for the task at hand.

PERMITS & INSPECTIONS

For any project that includes Permits and Inspections, all copies and documentation are saved in your BuilderTrend portal, located in the folder titled “Permits & Inspections”. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions.
