Rock was born and raised in Houston, TX and joined the Hestia team in August of 2022 with 25 years of construction experience. He is excited about working for Hestia because the company values excellence in execution. He feels strongly that design and structure are key to any successful project. He loves the entire process from the initial design, the build, and the satisfaction of the final result. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, boating, and playing football. He is a family man and values attending church on Sundays.

Melissa Van Hoose is a native Texan from a small town called Uvalde. She received a full scholarship to play college basketball. After working in numerous different fields, she started working with Hestia in 2018 as a Project Coordinator. Now, she manages all office-based Pre-Construction project logistics and is the Pre-Construction Manager. She loves everything about Hestia. From the clients to her coworkers and everything in between, she wouldn’t change anything about her work. Melissa loves helping clients realize their dream. In her spare time, she enjoys road trips, traveling, and spending time with family. She is a self-proclaimed nerd who adores all things video games, documentaries, and autobiographies.

Sarah Nichols is a native born and raised Houstonian (though she spent several years after high school living in frigid New England). She has degrees in both Accounting and Business Management, though her true passion is marketing. She has worked in marketing since obtaining her Business Management Degree. She joined the Hestia team in July of 2021 as the Marketing Coordinator and is now the Marketing Manager. Hestia Construction is the best company she has ever worked for because the company culture is so welcoming. They truly make you feel like family. She loves the customization available in remodeling and construction, and her favorite part of the job is telling others about how they can turn their remodeling dreams into reality. In her spare time, she loves to play video games, watch tv, travel, and read books. She is also a huge Harry Potter fan and has a huge Harry Potter collection. Her favorite food is her recipe for homemade beef stroganoff.

Laci Van Hoose is a native Texan! She has worked in customer service for 10 years and joined the Hestia team as an Onboarding Coordinator in August 2020. Laci loves that Hestia cares about people’s visions for their home and personal space. Another huge bonus is that she gets to work with her sister Melissa. She loves the fact that remodeling helps people live comfortably in their home. This goal is what keeps her working hard day after day for each and every client. She loves spending time with her son at the park and is a huge fan of music and video games. Laci believes we should all smile, laugh, and live life to the fullest.

Jesse Coody is a native Texan who installed his first roof at age thirteen. Ever since, he's had a passion for construction. He holds over 20 years of project management and sales experience in residential and commercial construction. With a degree in business, he went on to manage and facilitate large-scale commercial projects, working on high profile projects, such as ABC Pest Control and Goodwill. From there, he transitioned back to the Residential space, preferring the client interaction and the project personality involved. Jesse joined Hestia as a Renovation Specialist in 2017.

Payton joined the Hestia team at the end of 2021 as our Client Advocate. She loves working with people and it shows in her work with Hestia. She enjoys being the first contact that Hestia has with our clients and the personal aspect of her position. She is passionate about home remodeling because she wants to be a part of a great investment for our clients and see the beautiful remodels at the end. She loves her family and enjoys riding bikes and playing tennis. Her cat, Diva, certainly lives up to her name by sleeping on her people every day.
