The Hestia team is highly trained to guide the customer through each step of the process, with clarity and respect, making sure the customer understands each step fully and thoroughly. Every handoff along the way – from the Client Advocate to the Renovation Specialist, and then from the Renovation Specialist to the Onboarding Coordinator – is executed strategically and efficiently to ensure the customer knows each of Hestia’s employees and their respective roles in their project.
In the first stage of your project journey, your Onboarding Coordinator will be your primary point of contact as we get your project ready for construction. The onboarding process is designed to minimize any delays during the construction phase of your remodeling project. This process includes scheduling all appointments with all of our preferred vendors to select and finalize all of your materials, compiling all of the plans and documents to submit the permitting package, getting you set up and comfortable navigating your Client portal, and much more.
Once your project is cleared for construction, your Onboarding Coordinator will notify you that it has been transferred to our Construction Team, and a Project Engineer will be assigned to your project as your new primary point of contact, responsible for all communication and scheduling throughout construction. Your Project Engineer will contact you to discuss your start date and all other pertinent information.
Throughout construction, you will have access to all your project information via your Client Portal, including photos, schedules, invoices, and more. You will be in frequent contact with your Project Engineer, so you are always aware of what’s going on and what’s expected. Your project will also have frequent visits by our team of Quality Control Specialists to ensure Hestia’s quality and cleanliness standards are always met.
At Hestia, our goal is to be fully transparent, communicative, and proactive in order to build a healthy and successful partnership throughout your remodeling project. We recognize this is a significant investment in both time and money, and we hope to make the experience as positive as possible.
